In my opinion, Itsu is the most famous Japanese restaurant in the UK.

The first time I went to Itsu, their sushi rice was very hard and didn’t taste so good. (Please check out my video below for more details)

But after that, I tried it two more times and the sushi was quite good on those occasions.

So, the quality of their sushi depends on when you buy it.

Wasabi offers more consistent quality.

Their Gyoza was soso.

The Mochi and Miso soup and rolls were great.
