Kanada-Ya is one of the most famous and popular ramen restaurants in the UK.
Their Hakata-style ramen is very authentic.
I hope I could choose the firmness of the noodles; that would make it more authentic because Japanese Hakata ramen is like that.
Their Karaage is also amazing!!!
The wasabi sauce is not common in Japan, but it tastes great.
